Visits to patients at Bossan Hospital should be conducted in accordance with the procedures and principles set by our hospital, ensuring that they do not disrupt the peace and tranquility of the patients. We emphasize the importance of adhering to our hospital’s visiting policy and request that you do not visit patients without obtaining information from our healthcare staff about the established procedures and principles.
Patient visits are allowed during the visiting hours determined by our hospital, which have been organized considering the patients' care and rest times.
For the health of our patients, the duration of visits should not be excessively long. Please limit visit durations to 10 minutes and ensure that no more than 2 visitors are present in the patient’s room at a time.
For the well-being of patients, please keep your mobile phones on silent mode to avoid noise pollution within the hospital.
Individuals with symptoms such as fever, cough, sneezing, and phlegm, those with known infectious diseases, individuals with chronic illnesses, those prone to infections, and children under 12 should not visit patients or be brought into the hospital environment unless absolutely necessary. However, in some cases, children's visits may be allowed if it positively impacts the patient’s recovery, provided infection control principles are followed.
In special cases where the patient's attending physician does not permit visits, or in the presence of an epidemic or in patients with suppressed immune systems, visitation restrictions may be enforced. Please do not insist on visiting under such circumstances.
Smoking is prohibited in patient areas.
To protect your patient’s health, please refrain from bringing outside food and beverages.
Do not bring potted plants or flower bouquets to the patient’s room. These flowers pose an infection risk and are not accepted in patient wards. Any flowers brought will be collected by the Reception and delivered to your patient upon discharge.
During your visit, please avoid touching any items or equipment in the room and do not sit on the patient’s bed for the health and safety of both the patient and yourself.
Ensure proper hand hygiene before and after your visit by washing or disinfecting your hands.
Do not enter the patient’s room if you see a warning sign on the door without consulting the nurse.
In situations requiring contact with isolated patients, follow the instructions provided by the healthcare staff regarding the appropriate precautions for the isolation category.
