Within the scope of these opinions, in case of violation of the rights of our patients, they can submit all kinds of applications, complaints, opinions and suggestions to our patient rights unit within the framework of the legislation. Patient complaints and opinions are carefully evaluated by our patient rights officer and communicated to the senior management with the aim of improving our service quality. Direct feedback is provided to the patient who has made an application regarding the decisions taken about the application and the result.
